| SushiByNight grew out of a passion for enjoying high quality sushi. Over the last 15 years Chef Te explored many positions in the Japanese restaraunt industry and found the service behind the sushi bar to be most appealing and rewarding. Chef Te initially introduced SBN in 1999 as small private sushi gatherings but quickly grew into large scale events. Hosting various happy hours and watching parties, created made-to-order sushi in market-style venues, served samplers at frequent fundraisers, sponsored youth and community events, and hosted training and tasting events over the years. We are pleased to relocate to the Denver area offering our high quality sushi experience at competitive rates.
